MASARIB CONNECT ("Masarib Connect", "we", "our" or "us") respects the privacy of individuals who visit our websites, communicate with us, or use our business platforms and services.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, protect, share and otherwise process information in connection with our corporate website, business communications, digital product operations and MConnect Pulse internal platform.
Individual products operated by Masarib Connect, including Inviqo, StateSwitch, KeyPanther and SlamBack, may maintain separate privacy policies appropriate to their services. Where a product-specific policy applies, that policy governs the relevant product's processing activities.
2. Information We Collect
Depending on your interaction with us, we may process:
Contact information: Names, email addresses, company names, inquiry categories and messages submitted through contact forms or business correspondence.
Business information: Organization details, business relationships, product inquiries and information necessary for commercial communications.

9. MConnect Pulse - Internal Operations and Google Drive Backup Integration
9.1 Platform purpose and access
MASARIB CONNECT operates MConnect Pulse as a private, access-controlled platform supporting merchant intelligence, digital product operations, inventory monitoring, pricing analysis, operational notifications and related business administration.
Access is restricted to authorized personnel and expressly approved users. MConnect Pulse is not intended for public registration.
9.2 Information processed by MConnect Pulse
MConnect Pulse may process business account information, marketplace offer identifiers, product and stock information, pricing and cost records, operational history, authorized-user authentication records, audit events and other information necessary to provide and secure its internal functions.
The information processed depends on the platform features, integrations and permissions actually enabled.
9.3 Google Drive backup integration
MConnect Pulse uses a dedicated Google account and Google Drive storage to maintain encrypted operational database backups for disaster recovery and business continuity.
Where authorized, the integration may create, access, update and delete application-managed backup files within its designated Google Drive storage location.
These operations support backup creation, integrity verification, retention management and restoration.
MConnect Pulse requests Google Drive permissions appropriate to these functions and does not intentionally access unrelated personal files.
9.4 Backup security and encryption
Database backup contents are encrypted before transfer to Google Drive.
Access credentials and backup encryption credentials are maintained separately and protected through appropriate access controls.
Backup information is used for disaster recovery, integrity verification, restoration and operational continuity.
Google Drive backup information is not used for advertising, profiling or sale to third parties.
9.5 Backup retention and deletion
MConnect Pulse follows the following recovery-point retention schedule, subject to operational and legal requirements:
Seven daily recovery points
Four weekly recovery points
Three monthly recovery points
Older recovery points are removed through controlled retention and repository maintenance procedures.
Certain information may remain within retained backups until the relevant recovery points expire. Google Drive's own retention, version-history and recovery mechanisms may apply separately.
This backup schedule does not automatically determine the retention period for every business, financial, security or personal-information record maintained by Masarib Connect.
9.6 Third-party integrations
MConnect Pulse may use infrastructure, cloud storage, authentication, email delivery and marketplace integrations to perform authorized business functions.
Information shared with providers is limited to what is necessary for the relevant operation, subject to applicable contractual, technical and legal safeguards.
Marketplace data access and processing are also subject to the relevant provider's API permissions, technical capabilities and contractual requirements.
9.7 Google user data
Where MConnect Pulse accesses information through Google APIs, that access is intended to support the disclosed backup and recovery functionality.
Google user data obtained through the integration is not used to develop advertising profiles or sold to third parties.
Use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will comply with the applicable Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements where applicable.
10. International Processing
Information may be processed or stored in locations where our infrastructure or authorized service providers operate.
Where cross-border processing is subject to applicable legal requirements, we will use appropriate safeguards.
11. Privacy Rights and Requests
Depending on applicable law and your relationship with Masarib Connect, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion or other actions concerning personal information.
Some requests may be limited by legal obligations, contractual requirements, security needs or information retained within scheduled backups.
We may request reasonable identity verification before processing requests involving personal or confidential information.
12. Third-Party Websites and Product Policies
Our website may link to independent websites, marketplaces or digital products.
Their privacy practices may differ from this policy.
Product-specific policies may govern information processed directly through Inviqo, StateSwitch, KeyPanther, SlamBack or other Masarib Connect services.
