It supports merchant intelligence, marketplace offer monitoring, inventory visibility, pricing analysis, operational notifications and related administrative activities.
Access is limited to authorized personnel and expressly approved users.
No public account registration or general consumer access is offered.
8.2 Authorized use and account security
Authorized users must access MConnect Pulse only through approved accounts and permissions.
Users must protect their credentials, comply with applicable authentication and security requirements, and refrain from unauthorized access, disclosure, modification or misuse of business information.
Access privileges may be restricted or revoked in accordance with applicable operational, security, employment or contractual requirements.
8.3 Marketplace integrations
MConnect Pulse may integrate with third-party marketplaces and commerce platforms.
Access to marketplace information and functionality is subject to the relevant provider's technical capabilities, API permissions, contractual requirements and applicable terms.
MConnect Pulse does not guarantee uninterrupted third-party connectivity, complete marketplace data or the accuracy of information supplied by external systems.
Automated pricing changes, marketplace writes, order fulfillment and cross-platform inventory allocation are not implied to be active merely because they are planned or supported by the platform's architecture.
Any such functions are subject to separate technical enablement, authorization and operational controls.
8.4 Google Drive backup integration
MConnect Pulse may use Google Drive as a storage destination for encrypted operational database backups.
Authorized backup operations may include creating, retrieving, verifying, retaining and deleting application-managed backup data.
Use of Google Drive remains subject to Google's applicable terms, permissions and technical limitations.
MASARIB CONNECT is responsible for configuring and administering its own backup, retention, security and recovery procedures.
Google does not sponsor, endorse or operate MConnect Pulse.
8.5 Service availability and data recovery
MASARIB CONNECT may maintain, restrict, suspend or modify access to MConnect Pulse for operational, security or compliance reasons.
Although backup and recovery safeguards may be implemented, no backup system guarantees uninterrupted availability or recovery from every possible failure.
Recovery capabilities depend on the availability and integrity of retained backups, encryption credentials, infrastructure and third-party services.
8.6 Ownership and confidentiality
MConnect Pulse software, configurations, business records, reports and associated intellectual property remain subject to applicable ownership, confidentiality, employment and contractual arrangements.
Authorized users must not export, disclose, distribute or misuse confidential business or marketplace information without permission.
8.7 Internal platform administration
MConnect Pulse may maintain access controls, audit records, operational monitoring and other security mechanisms appropriate to its internal business functions.
Users must not attempt to bypass these protections or exercise privileges beyond their assigned authorization.
8.8 Relationship to other agreements
This MConnect Pulse section supplements the general MASARIB CONNECT Terms of Service.
It does not replace applicable employment agreements, confidentiality obligations, marketplace agreements, data-processing arrangements, mandatory legal rights or other binding contractual obligations.
9. Website Availability
We aim to maintain the website and its information services but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
We may modify, maintain, suspend or discontinue website features where reasonably necessary.
